Personalized Health Intelligence
ActualHealth™ delivers advanced, personalized health intelligence by integrating individual demographic, biometric, and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data into a unified, actionable wellness platform. Unlike generic fitness apps, ActualHealth™ provides users with a dynamic, location-adjusted daily wellness score and predictive risk assessments for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and depression. This empowers individuals to take informed, proactive steps toward better health, supported by locally relevant resources and insights.
The VPAATH™ engine powers this experience, calculating a comprehensive health score using inputs from user surveys, Apple Health or Google Fit data, and optional integrations with Apple Watch or Fitbit devices. These wearables enhance the platform’s capabilities by providing real-time biometric data, delivering richer, more precise health insights. The score further incorporates personal demographics—including age, sex, height, weight, medical history, and comorbidities—and is contextualized with SDOH factors.
The five core SDOH categories include:
1. Social context (e.g., age, race/ethnicity, veteran status)
2. Economic context (e.g., income level, unemployment rate)
3. Education level
4. Physical infrastructure (e.g., housing quality, neighborhood safety, transportation access)
5. Healthcare context (e.g., personal habits, access to care, insurance coverage)
VPAATH scores follow a clear grading scale inspired by educational models:
90–100%: Normal
80–89%: Slight risk
70–79%: At risk
Below 70%: High risk
This comprehensive, AI-driven framework ensures ActualHealth™ delivers not just data, but meaningful guidance that supports prevention, early intervention, and sustained wellness.
